We offer self storage and commercial storage in climate-controlled and standard units from 5x10 to 20x45.
Heavy trash goes out every Wednesday with regular trash, and City Hall will arrange an extra Friday pickup if you call with a description of the items. Couches, beds, mattresses, and tables are accepted, up to three cubic yards per regular service day. Electronics and construction debris are not collected, and refrigerators must have their freon removed and be tagged first.
Construction dumpsters come from an approved provider and must be ordered through City Hall, and nothing from the job may sit in the street or drainage areas. Residential remodels need a permit at $100 per trade. Clear the rooms first, and rent storage for your furniture until the work is done.
In residential districts, a trailer, camper, boat, or truck over 11,000 pounds may stay in the front yard, between the house and the street, no more than two days in any seven. Ordinary pickups and vans under 11,000 pounds are not covered by that limit, but no vehicle may park in the yard on a surface other than a paved or gravel driveway. If a trailer or camper is doubling as storage, move what it holds into a 5x10 unit.
